• U.S. President Donald Trump took his first trip abroad this past week, visiting Saudi Arabia and Israel. Why these two countries, and what did his trip accomplish?
• Puerto Rico filed for bankruptcy earlier this month, defaulting on $123 billion. This is troubling enough, but the problems with its economy are actually facing every one of America’s 50 states.
• Diet, exercise, sleep—these are important aspects of good health. So is posture. We’ll talk about the problems with bad posture, and the benefits of good posture, and how to make sure you’re keeping yourself upright.
