It is clear that God is no longer blessing the nations of America and Britain. But Bible prophecy says God goes beyond just refusing to bless these nations—He actually has “a controversy” with them! After the Prophet Hosea was inspired to write that God has a “controversy” with our nations, he explained why: “[B]ecause there is no truth, nor mercy, nor knowledge of God in the land. By swearing, and lying, and killing, and stealing, and committing adultery, they break out, and blood toucheth blood” (verses 1-2).
