The state of Texas just filed a lawsuit with the U.S. Supreme Court against swing states Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. Texas says those key states, by changing election rules in violation of the U.S. Constitution, disenfranchised voters in states that upheld the Constitution.

Georgia election officials smugly dismissed video footage of the counting process in the State Farm Arena as perfectly normal ballot counting. The extensive “fact check” debunking the video was carried out by Lead Stories, which relied solely on comments from election officials who are implicated in the scandal. The facts from that evening prove that the activities in that counting room were anything but “routine.”
