[00:30] Supreme Court Denies Injunction (18 minutes)

The U.S. Supreme Court denied Pennsylvania Congressman Mike Kelly’s request for emergency injunctive relief to suspend certification of the electors until the constitutionality of Act 77 could be debated in court. The Supreme Court didn’t offer any explanation for its denial. Meanwhile, in Texas, the state’s attorney general is being joined by several other states in its lawsuit against four states that violated the Constitution in the lead-up to the election.

[19:00] Chinese Communist Infiltration (13 minutes)

Since the early 1990s, U.S. foreign policy has been very friendly to the Communist Chinese government. A professor in China recently said that all changed in 2016 when Donald Trump was elected, because China doesn’t have as much leverage over him.

[32:00] Eric Swalwell: Compromised by China? (21 minutes)

A recent investigation by Axios revealed that U.S. Congressman Eric Swalwell, who sits on the House Intelligence Committee, had an intimate relationship with a Chinese spy during the Obama administration. The spy infiltrated Swalwell’s campaigns and also set up interns in his office. Swalwell was one of the most vocal politicians when it came to the promulgating the conspiracy theory that President Trump was compromised by the Russians. Why is it that Democrats always appear to be guilty of what they accuse their opponents of?
