The massive and coordinated sexual assault in Cologne on New Year’s Eve reveals some of the worst aspects of the refugee crisis in Europe. Germany’s politicians and the mass media have tried their hardest to ignore the negatives of the migrant crisis. Despite Germany’s attempts to cover up or ignore the magnitude of the Cologne attacks, news outlets are finally being forced to cover the story due to the sheer number of victims, which is now over 500.
