United States President Barack Obama hailed the Iran nuclear deal a victory for diplomacy—and for peace. With the implementation of this deal, “the region, the United States and the world will be more secure,” he said. The opposite is true, however. Since the early '90s, Trumpet editor in chief Gerald Flurry has written about Iran being the prophesied “king of the south.” Since that time, Iran has risen to power at an alarming rate, and on January 16, the United States officially crowned it king in the Middle East.
