Major cities in America that have long been symbols of the nation’s power are degenerating at a rapid rate. Portland, Oregon, is a case in point: Violence, homelessness, looting and utter lawlessness are overrunning the city. There is a cause for this effect and a solution to this problem in Portland and many of America’s other major cities.
