Joe Biden is rapidly withdrawing American troops from Afghanistan. As the U.S. Army retreats, the Taliban is overrunning the nation one city at a time, slowly encroaching on its capital city Kabul. Some commentators are comparing this shameful handover to the disgraceful fall of Saigon in 1975.
