[00:30] The Tale of Two Elections (14 minutes)
After three days of counting votes, the Associated Press has finally called the Arizona Republican gubernatorial primary for Kari Lake. In stark contrast, Fox News called Arizona as a Biden win on election night during the 2020 presidential election. In a moment of stunning hypocrisy, Morning Joe hosts said about Lake’s election that “our form of American democracy is at risk if we start electing people who deny election results when their side loses”—the show’s hosts and many others repeatedly argue that Donald Trump’s first election win was illegitimate.
[14:05] Dick Cheney Says the Quiet Part Out Loud (8 minutes)
Former Vice President Dick Cheney stated in a political ad for his daughter Liz that there has never been a greater threat to the U.S. than Donald Trump, and that “there is nothing more important she will ever do than lead the effort to make sure Donald Trump is never again near the Oval Office.” This, of course, is the primary objective of the January 6 committee.
[22:45] U.S. Economy Update (6 minutes)
According to Rasmussen Reports, 62 percent of Americans think the U.S. is already in a recession. The Biden White House’s economic decisions, budgets and spending plans have been disastrous for everyday Americans—but Pete Buttigieg believes electric cars will solve many of these economic woes.
[28:25] Federal Bureau of Fabrication (12 minutes)
During a Senate Judiciary Committee Hearing, FBI Director Christopher Wray refused to confirm that the Trump-Russia collusion story was a hoax—or that the Hunter Biden laptop was not Russian disinformation. Also, January 6 prisoner Sean McHugh wrote in a letter to Gateway Pundit saying that Ray Epps encouraged him to go into the Capitol. In his letter, he questioned why Epps has not been prosecuted, even though many of the people he encouraged to go into the Capitol are currently sitting in jail.
[40:15] Keep Sin Out (14 minutes)
The world today is filled with so much sin. God says our nations “declare their sin as Sodom, they hide it not” (Isaiah 1:9). Though we live in the world, we should not be of the world. We must not allow the world’s sinful ways to take root in our lives. It will take God’s intervention to save our sick society, just like it takes God’s intervention to clean up our lives. We must get sin out and keep it out in order to receive the promised reward.
