In an interview with the New York Times, Sam Bankman-Fried said he was “deeply sorry” about the FTX scandal but insisted he never intended to defraud anyone. The propaganda media is now working to convince the public that SBF’s crimes were an honest mistake, even though the billions of dollars invested in his company by everyday Americans have simply disappeared. Compare that to the media’s continued fixation on Donald Trump’s tax returns and the New York State lawsuit he faced for “overvaluing” his assets.
[42:00] January 6 Protesters Charged With ’Seditious Conspiracy’ (13 minutes)
To convince the American people that January 6 was a dangerous armed insurrection, Democrats have finally succeeded at getting some protesters convicted on more serious charges. Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes and Kelly Meggs, a member of the group, have been convicted of “seditious conspiracy” and “obstruction of Congress” for their roles in the January 6 protest. Neither of the men took any concrete action on January 6 that qualifies as “seditious conspiracy”—instead, both were convicted based on text messages with “seditious” rhetoric.
