[00:30] Supremes Rule on Presidential Immunity (19 minutes)

The Supreme Court ruled on Donald Trump’s immunity case today, determining that presidential immunity does apply to the president’s core constitutional powers—a major win for Trump that jeopardizes Jack Smith’s case against him. On Friday, the court decided that the Department of Justice applied a statute too broadly when prosecuting protesters from the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol protests. Other recent Supreme Court rulings have further dismantled the power of the administrative state, shifting power from executive agencies back to Congress and the courts.

Now the Biden campaign is charging ahead in the presidential race despite Biden's obvious cognitive decline.
