Donald Trump has not been inaugurated as president yet, but the Biden administration has essentially conceded that he has the authority to orchestrate American foreign policy. Trump’s foreign-policy plans for his second official term are already causing international powers to rethink their relations with the U.S. Meanwhile, the more the media looks into Biden’s presidential pardon for his son Hunter, the more nefarious and vile it becomes.
