President Trump has indicated that he will give Iran at least two more weeks to come to the negotiating table before he decides whether or not the U.S. will get directly involved in the conflict. The world waits for his decision. How come America is so hesitant to finally end the war that should have been waged 25 years ago?

Powerful voices in the MAGA movement want the United States to retreat from the world scene. Commentators like Steve Bannon and Tucker Carlson both want President Trump to stay out of the Israel-Iran conflict.
