JERUSALEM - In the early hours of April 14, the United States, United Kingdom and France struck three chemical weapons facilities inside Syria. Over 100 missiles fired from ships in the Mediterranean Sea, Persian Gulf and Red Sea, as well as from French and British jets hit their targets with perfect accuracy. On today’s program, host Brent Nagtegaal analyses the joint response and whether or not it will be effective at stopping Assad from using chemical weapons again. He also discusses why France’s entrance into the Syrian fray could mark watershed event in the civil war.
