Show Notes

• Iran is working to gain more control of the strategically important waters of the Middle East. After some incidents this past year where it provoked the United States Navy—now an Iranian general has floated the idea of Iran actually constructing naval bases in other Middle Eastern nations.

• Egypt and Saudi Arabia have long been allies—but recently the two have been in a disagreement that may show Egypt beginning to align with Iran. We’ll look at why—and how this may point to the fulfillment of a biblical prophecy.

• Fidel Castro’s death this past Saturday inspired some positive eulogies from some Western leaders. We’re going to look at why a lot of people are celebrating his death.

• And I’ll conclude the program by talking about the importance of emotions.
