An important military base the U.S. uses in its fight against terrorism
is under threat. It's located in the small African nation of Djibouti at
a strategic location right at the mouth of the Red Sea. Djibouti is
becoming less friendly with the U.S. especially because it is being
courted by another suitor: China.
