- Hostilities this past weekend between Israeli and Iranian forces have many observers worried that this could explode into a major war in the Middle East very quickly.
- Intrusive surveillance technology is being used more and more—security cameras, Internet tracking, and so on. It’s making possible the kind of totalitarian control that George Orwell wrote about in 1984—and it could be a preview of how some of the Bible’s prophecies might play out.
- Water rationing in Cape Town, South Africa, has grown quite severe, as they weather a major drought. Similar problems in California and elsewhere bring to mind prophecies of water scarcity.
- And I’ll conclude the program with a word about something beautiful that happens in your life when you give a gift.
