• It’s common today to think that freedom means being able to do whatever you want without consequences. But that is a false and very destructive idea that actually leads many, many people into slavery.
• God’s view of freedom is very different, and is illustrated by the biblical history of His freeing the ancient nation of Israel from slavery in Egypt. He used miracles to break them free from bondage, and then gave them His law, called “the perfect law of liberty.”
• We talk about how you can identify the areas in your life that bring you into bondage, and the radical action that may be required to break free of that bondage.
• We also review the Bible’s practical advice for remaining permanently free.
• And finally, a Last Word about why Scripture portrays Jesus Christ as a lamb.
