  • The United Nations is 75 years old this year. But this organization that was meant to be the world’s best hope for peace is plagued by impotence, corruption and failure. The most recent example is its blocking an arms embargo on Iran, allowing the world’s top terrorist-sponsoring state access to the international arms market.
  • Selective moral outrage and double standards are common today. Here’s an example: The Vatican has spoken out strongly against injustices taking place in America—but it is apparently unconcerned about shocking human rights abuses in China.
  • The Trumpet’s January 2020 cover story was “Is KT zu Guttenberg About to Come to Power?” Guttenberg still hasn’t come to power in Germany, but we’ll learn what this former politician has been doing and why we still need to watch him.
  • And we talk about the solution to America’s race problems.
