Show Notes
- This Thursday night, October 15, and Sunday afternoon, October 18, Armstrong Auditorium will host performances of Celtic Throne: The Royal Journey of Irish Dance. This is a full-length multimedia production with a dance troupe of over 30 dancers to world-class original music. We talk to some of the main people behind the production.
- The directors and choreographers reveal what the show is about, how it came together, how they overcame challenges, and got the very best out of such a young group of dancers.
- We talk to members of the dance troupe, most of whom are teenagers, and learn what it is like to be part of such a high-level production.
And we have a conversation with the Grammy-nominated composer of the original music for the show, Brian Byrne.
