• European leaders are responding by sounding the call for a mightier military and stronger leadership.
• China, meanwhile, has refused to condemn Russia’s invasion, as has India—a sign of the cooperation among what the Bible terms “the kings of the east.”
• Western response to Russian aggression has been little more than tough talk, a distressing mark of the broken will of America and Britain.
